Between 2005 and 2023, there was $299 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $81.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $115.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $35.8 million in consumer lending, $64.3 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
