Between 2005 and 2023, there was $2.1 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $104 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $1.4 billion in housing development and mortgage lending, $490.1 million in consumer lending, $91.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
