Between 2005 and 2023, there was $325.1 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $74.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $96.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $26.6 million in consumer lending, $92.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
