The 12-unit property on Pequot Avenue is in a great location as it is located in New London on a very picturesque street. The neighborhood consists of people of various ages, and socio-economic backgrounds. Also in progress is a 3-family home in a working-class neighborhood on Acorn Street in New Britain.
Generations Family Health Center
Generations Family Health Center, Inc., a regional community health center covering 33 towns in eastern Connecticut, a medically underserved area, has constructed a new 32,000 sq. ft. facility.
Spruce Meadows and Spruce Ridge
PCG and NeighborWorks Capital provide financing for two LIHTC projects that will create 86 units of quality affordable housing in Connecticut.
