Between 2005 and 2023, there was $806.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $144.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $433.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $186.6 million in consumer lending, $25.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
