Between 2005 and 2023, there was $442.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $45.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $184.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $157.9 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities. Family Health Center of Worcester

Family Health Center of Worcester (FHCW) housed its main clinical and administrative facility on three floors of the seven-story former Worcester City Hospital building. The project will reconfigure and expand FHCW’s space by adding a new vision suite, expanding the pharmacy and dental suite, and reconfiguring administrative space. FHCW will occupy 82,130 sq. ft. on four floors when the renovation is complete. The renovated health center will meet LEED Certified for Commercial Interiors.
