Between 2005 and 2023, there was $442.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $45.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $184.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $157.9 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
