Between 2005 and 2023, there was $464.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $138.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $129.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $85.1 million in consumer lending, $100.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
