Between 2005 and 2023, there was $621.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $113.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $365.1 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $88.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
