Between 2005 and 2023, there was $294.9 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $104.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $64.1 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $56.1 million in consumer lending, $55.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
