Between 2005 and 2023, there was $238.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $49.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $107.7 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $62.1 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
