Between 2005 and 2023, there was $173.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $48.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $59.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $51.1 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
