Between 2005 and 2023, there was $828.8 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $271.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $429.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $100.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
