Between 2005 and 2023, there was $607.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $151.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $253.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $65.2 million in consumer lending, $70 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
