Between 2005 and 2023, there was $284.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $82.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $131.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $45.3 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
