Brilliant Corners Agua Dulce
Brilliant Corners is a nonprofit organization that provides service-driven, supportive housing for those in need. These homes offer a stable environment for homeless and low-income individuals, as well as those with developmental disabilities.
Lancaster Promenade
The welcoming pedestrian oriented promenade features renovated retail space for local businesses, a movie theater, restaurants, and an art history museum. Lancaster Promenade is a community event space which features weekly farmer’s markets, holiday celebrations, and promotional events.
Laurel Crest Apartments
Clearinghouse CDFI (CCDFI) provided a $1,900,000 loan to Laurel Crest, L.P. This financing supports the refinancing of existing debt and provides funding for capital improvements for an affordable housing complex.
