Between 2005 and 2023, there was $453.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $110.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $239.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $41.4 million in consumer lending, $46.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
