Between 2005 and 2023, there was $232 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $39.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $45.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $108.4 million in consumer lending, $26.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
