Between 2005 and 2023, there was $663.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $188.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $180.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $248.8 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
