Between 2005 and 2023, there was $455.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $90.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $160.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $151.2 million in consumer lending, $38.6 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
