Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $214.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $636.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $129.5 million in consumer lending, $58.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
