Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $120.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $625.7 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $149.3 million in consumer lending, $84.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
