Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1.5 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $334.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $634.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $355.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
