Between 2005 and 2023, there was $415.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $45.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $151.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $192.5 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
