Between 2005 and 2023, there was $258.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $98.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $72.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $26.8 million in consumer lending, $58.8 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
