Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1.1 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $324 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $288.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $215.4 million in consumer lending, $262.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
