Between 2005 and 2023, there was $680.8 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $354.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $271.3 million in consumer lending, $20.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
