Between 2005 and 2023, there was $338.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $91.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $110.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $34.1 million in consumer lending, $99.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
