Between 2005 and 2023, there was $291.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $33.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $100.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $121.6 million in consumer lending, $23.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
