Between 2005 and 2023, there was $350.9 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $97.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $160.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $48.8 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
