Between 2005 and 2023, there was $691.9 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $37.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $504.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $132.4 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
