Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1.8 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $690.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $723 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $50.3 million in consumer lending, $302.4 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
