Between 2005 and 2023, there was $480.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $62.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $197.7 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $153.6 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
