Between 2005 and 2023, there was $864.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $399.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $258 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $53.7 million in consumer lending, $147.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
