Between 2005 and 2023, there was $3.3 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $407.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $2 billion in housing development and mortgage lending, $506.1 million in consumer lending, $426 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
