Between 2005 and 2023, there was $347.6 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $92.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $153.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $43.7 million in consumer lending, $52.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
