Between 2005 and 2023, there was $371.8 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $116 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $174.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $25.5 million in consumer lending, $33.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
