Between 2005 and 2023, there was $151.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $68.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $22.9 million in consumer lending, $21.4 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
