Started in the summer of 2014, Ash & Elm Cider Company moved into its first permanent home located on the near-eastside of Indianapolis in 2016. Ash & Elm strives to make quality ciders using apples from around the Midwest and help cultivate the market for craft cider in Indianapolis. The husband and wife owners, Aaron and Andrea Homoya, are passionate about connecting with local orchardists and farmers, both to keep the freshest ingredients in our cider and to support local small businesses.

Big Dreamz Lil Stepz is an existing home-childcare company formed in 2014. CIFI financing enabled her to expand their services to the eastside of Indianapolis.
Education Depot of Washington Pointe, Inc., is a new child care and educational facility on the eastside of Indianapolis. They focus on providing innovative, quality childcare that is affordable and safe. They want to help children have a great start to life by teaching them “success” skills that can be learned at an early age. The Indianapolis location is a direct affiliate of the Education Depot facility located in Jackson, Mississippi.
