Between 2005 and 2023, there was $668.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $97.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $312 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $208.4 million in consumer lending, $43.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
