Between 2005 and 2023, there was $823.6 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $330.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $355.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $92.9 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
