Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1.2 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $438.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $476.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $231.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
