Between 2005 and 2023, there was $949.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $334 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $375.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $163.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
