Between 2005 and 2023, there was $646 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $102.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $291.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $180.9 million in consumer lending, $47.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
