Between 2005 and 2023, there was $174.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $39.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $47.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $81.7 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
