Quaker Arts building
$2.2 million to help preserve affordable and special needs apartments in Wilmington, DE
West Side Wilmington
The West Side of Wilmington was among the areas hardest hit by the foreclosure crisis and had some of the city’s highest concentrations of vacant properties, high poverty rates, and was one of Wilmington’s major crime spots. Following the success of the Market Street Corridor revitalization program, Solomon’s Court was an expansion of a successful launch of a corridor project to another corridor of the city.
Route 9 Corridor
Through a partnership with New Castle County, the Women’s Business Center at True Access Capital offers ongoing business-building programs in the historic Route 9 corridor Opportunity Zone, including our Community UP! business planning courses.
East Side Wilmington
True Access Capital collaborated with the Central Baptist Community Development Corporation to implement economic development activities, including business planning courses, business counseling and business loans, for current and would-be business owners on the Eastside.

NeighborGood Partners became certified as a CDFI by the U.S. Treasury in 2004 and since then, the Loan Fund has lent a total of $180.4 million in 294 loans for affordable housing, community facilities, and neighborhood revitalization. The fund averages about 20 loans a year, with its staff of five managing over $30 million in assets, which represents a 3000% growth in assets since 2004.
