The Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF) provides a wide range of products and services in low-income communities including the support of non-profit service providers that serve extremely poor and vulnerable communities, such as soup kitchens. Many of these organizations were in the process of planning for the additional needs during the holiday season before Superstorm Sandy.
