Between 2005 and 2023, there was $396.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $71.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $200.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $90.2 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
