Between 2005 and 2023, there was $689.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $199.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $325.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $33.3 million in consumer lending, $96.3 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
