Between 2005 and 2023, there was $393.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $65.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $214.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $30.4 million in consumer lending, $41.4 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
