Between 2005 and 2023, there was $4.8 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $379.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $2.4 billion in housing development and mortgage lending, $1.7 billion in consumer lending, $324.6 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
